Ivan Maric will shoulder the bulk of the ruck duties in his AFL comeback match for Richmond after Shaun Hampson withdrew from the team to take on Melbourne on Sunday.
Hampson suffered a leg injury in last weekend’s heavy loss to West Coast and has been replaced in the expanded 25-man squad by midfielder Jacob Townsend.
Maric will play his first senior game of 2016 against the Demons after overcoming a back complaint.
