The GWS are still looking for their first win on the season but it come this weekend.

The average losing margin for the Giants has been close to 70 points this season, in their last four defeats (Hawthorn, West Coast and Carlton), the average has been 103 points.

It’s hard to find any reason or the slightest positive, to suggest the Giants will even be competitive here and accordingly, have been given 88.5 start.

Geelong were made to work hard for their victory last week by the Gold Coast Suns but in the final quarter, as the Cats have been all year, they too strong and raced away 123-71 win, their ninth from ten games this year.

Geelong will be able to coast here and rest a few a players if they like and their customary slow starts to game this season, will still be too fast for the Giants.
