Greater Western Sydney’s Toby Greene has escaped with a fine for the unusual incident that left Western Bulldogs star Luke Dahlhaus nursing a split lip.
Greene was reported for rough conduct during Friday night’s win over the Bulldogs after he caught Dahlhaus in the face with his right boot in a marking contest.
Dogs forward Jack Redpath was the only player to be offered a suspension – a two-match ban for striking Phil Davis – after the match review panel’s assessment of round 21 action.
