Adelaide’s season was epitomized by their lack of consistency at home last week against the in-form Hawks. Geelong, coming off a heavy defeat to the Dogs, will be eager to reclaim some pride against the Crows.
Historically, Adelaide struggles in Victoria, having lost the first quarter in their last 17 games there. Their record at GHMBA Stadium is poor, with their last win there dating back 21 years.
While Geelong’s defensive issues have been apparent and they’re not in peak form heading into the finals, they still have a favorable draw.
