Fremantle have made a late change to their side for Saturday’s AFL qualifying final against Sydney, bringing in Hayden Crozier for Jonathon Griffin for the ANZ Stadium clash.
The Dockers have brought in an extra midfielder to replace Griffin, who was a likely backup to first-choice ruckman Aaron Sandilands.
Crozier has been named as the Dockers’ substitute.
Midfielder Craig Bird will occupy that position for Sydney.
The Swans will field their strongest available side, with key defender Heath Grundy confirmed in the side following speculation he may have suffered a calf injury at training on Thursday.
