Preview:

Both Fremantle and Collingwood sit one and two on the conference B ladder, are undefeated and are very well matched-up.

The Pies have gone from one of the worst teams of 2019 into one of the best (so far) this season with their improvement well on display last weekend against Carlton.

Collingwood were fast starters against Carlton in their 15 point win with the likes of Sarah D’Arcy dominating for the Pies and were quick to get scores on the board from centre bounces.

They appear to simply be enjoying their footy and play a very free-flowing style around the ground.

Fremantle go into this game coming off a 45 point drubbing of arch-rival West Coast last Saturday in the historic first AFLW Derby.

Freo smashed West Coast all over the park limiting the Eagles to only 19 inside 50s for the entire match looking harder when it came to defence, ball usage and overall skills.

The Dockers should not expect as easy a run with Collingwood this Saturday night as both teams will be evenly matched.

The market has Fremantle the favourite, as they should be but the momentum and belief that Collingwood would have taken in their first two matches is something to behold and a win on the road would do them wonders. At $2.70 head-to-head it’s worth backing them for the upset.
