Essendon’s equal games record-holder Dustin Fletcher has been offered a two-match ban by the AFL’s match review panel on a rough conduct charge.
The 38-year-old defender, who has matched former ruckman Simon Madden’s mark of 378 games for the Bombers, was charged on Monday following a clash with West Coast’s Jamie Cripps during the last quarter of Sunday’s game at Etihad Stadium.
