Fremantle coach Ross Lyon says his team’s in good shape and brimming with self belief ahead of Friday night’s AFL semi-final clash with Adelaide at AAMI Stadium.
The Dockers pulled off the upset of the finals series so far with their 16-point elimination final win over Geelong at the MCG.
A six-day turnaround before taking on the Crows doesn’t faze Lyon, who said his team were looking forward to testing their mettle once again on enemy territory.
“If you’re doing things and getting what you’re after it certainly builds belief and confidence,” Lyon said on Monday.
“But we also know when the ball is bounced we have to do it all again.
“They’ve had a really good capacity to do that, but they’re certainly full of confidence and belief, as Adelaide will be as well.”
The Crows will be without key defender Daniel Talia, who broke his forearm in last Saturday’s qualifying final loss to Sydney.
