Fremantle midfielder Colin Sylvia has announced his AFL retirement, effective immediately.
Sylvia, who was recruited by Fremantle from Melbourne as an unrestricted free agent in 2013, played 163 games, but only six for the Dockers.
The 29-year-old was banished to the WAFL earlier this year for failing to live up to Fremantle’s training standards.
