David Mundy named Dockers skipper

Midfielder David Mundy will take over the captaincy of the Fremantle Dockers for the 2016 AFL season.

Mundy replaces long-time skipper and Dockers icon Matthew Pavlich, who stepped down from the role earlier this week.

Pavlich captained a club record 189 games for Fremantle from 2007 to 2015 and succeeded Peter Ball in the role.
