Adelaide’s AFL utility Andy Otten has re-injured the knee he had reconstructed two years ago.
Otten strained his left knee in a training mishap on Monday, but scans have cleared him of any serious damage.
Crows medicos said the 22-year-old suffered a slight medial ligament strain.
The 41-gamer was expected to return to full training in about three weeks, the Crows said in a statement on Tuesday.
Otten had his left knee reconstructed at the end of 2009 and missed the entire 2010 season.
The highly-rated utility returned to play 15 games last season.
