Adelaide player Shaun McKernan has a fractured jaw, but the AFL club remains unsure how long he will be sidelined.
Crows football operations manager Phil Harper says McKernan suffered an undisplaced fracture in his jaw during a marking contest in the second quarter of Adelaide’s 58-point win over Port Adelaide on Saturday night.
But Harper says it is too early to predict how long the 21-year-old ruck/forward will be sidelined.
“The doctors will meet on Monday and decide on the course of action,” Harper said.
