Crows fined $2500 under ASADA rule

A forgetful Adelaide player has cost the AFL club $2500 under ASADA provisions after failing to provide the league with an up-to-date address.

The Crows have been sanctioned for failing to comply with rules that require the anti-doping authority to always have access to current information regarding player whereabouts.

An AFL media statement said no doping tests were missed as a result of the breach but it was required to issue the fine.

They have become the ninth AFL club to be fined for failing to provide up-to-date information.
