Adelaide won’t be drawn into speculation star midfielder Rory Sloane will sign an AFL contract extension within weeks.
Sloane, Patrick Dangerfield and Richard Douglas are high-profile Crows midfielders who fall off contract at season’s end.
Crows chief executive Andrew Fagan on Monday refused to comment on suggestions Sloane will ink a fresh deal by Adelaide’s bye weekend in a fortnight.
“When we have got news to provide, we will provide it,” he told reporters.
