When: 19:50 | Friday 25/05/2018
Where: Etihad Stadium
Preview:
Jordan De Goey is one of the hottest players in the competition right now and he would be setting his sights on another big one.
Pies will be missing Alex Fasolo who has been sidelined with an ankle injury but this won’t affect Collingwood too much as he’s only played one quarter this year, so they’ll be fine without him.
Bulldogs only kicked two goals against the Crows last Friday night, but it was really wet which affected their kicking.
They’re much better indoors at Etihad.
KEY BATTLE: Marcus Bontempelli v Scott Pendlebury
Two in-form midfielders going head-to-head which will be a great match-up.
The Verdict
Collingwood are in much better form and have more class in their side than the Bulldogs.
Pendlebury has been the first goal-scorer in two of Collingwood’s last five Friday night matches at Etihad Stadium.

AFL News:
Collingwood have ruled out Daniel Wells for Friday night’s clash with the Western Bulldogs, opting to rest the 33-year-old just two games into his AFL return.
Coach Nathan Buckley says the Magpies had always been planning to manage the classy midfielder, who missed the start of the season with an achilles issue.
“It’s a six-day break, back-to-back Etihad (Stadium), third game back at AFL level … there’s plenty of circumstances that would indicate that it’s a prudent decision,” Buckley said on Wednesday.
