Carlton will be without ruckman Matthew Kreuzer and utility Dale Thomas for Friday night’s trip to in-form AFL rivals Port Adelaide.

Coach Brendon Bolton has confirmed 19-year-old Cam Polson will become the club’s sixth debutant this season, but the experienced pair won’t travel to South Australia.

“We’ve had two six-day breaks … they haven’t come up. They’re too sore and won’t play footy at all this week,” Bolton said on Thursday.
