St Kilda tall defender Jake Carlisle says he feels a weight is off his shoulders now he has completed his AFL doping ban.
Carlisle moved to St Kilda late last year, but had to sit out this season because he was among 34 players caught up in the Essendon supplements debacle.
He had hip surgery during his time off and says he is in good physical shape at the start of pre-season training.
