Carlton young gun Jacob Weitering has bulked up his already impressive frame in a quest to take on the AFL’s best forwards.
The 2015 No.1 draft pick had an outstanding debut season for the Blues last year but says his game remains a work in progress.
“Obviously I’ve got to develop as much as I can in all areas and the body’s certainly one … you’ve got to be versatile in today’s league,” 19-year-old Weitering said on Friday.
