Star Geelong defender Harry Taylor says long-time teammate Jimmy Bartel has a long and proud history of standing tall in the biggest of AFL games.
There have been suggestions that the 32-year-old triple premiership star and 2007 Brownlow medallist could be a shock omission for Friday night’s AFL preliminary final against Sydney.
“His record in finals is very, very good,” Taylor said on Monday. “”What you do walk taller around is guys who just do their job and Jimmy is one of those guys who does his job every week,.”
