Fremantle have locked in young AFL star Stephen Hill for the next three years.

Matt De Boer, 22, and Lachie Neale, 18, have also agreed to contract extensions, which will tie them to the club until the end of 2014.

Midfield speedster Hill, 22, was already signed for next season, but the Dockers have moved early to secure him for a further two years.

Hill has played 73 games since making his debut in 2009.

Fremantle’s general manager of player management Brad Lloyd said the club was delighted with the new deals.

“We regard all three players highly and we are very pleased that they have committed to the club,” he said.

“We see Stephen, Matt and Lachie as being very much a part of the long-term future of the club.”
