The AFL have given Greater Western Sydney an official warning after their runner Nick Maxwell had come under scrutiny.
The Giants are fuming over the matter and strongly deny the former Collingwood captain had done anything untoward.
There was speculation after last weekend’s loss to Carlton that Maxwell was deliberately standing on the edge of the centre square to help fill space at Blues kickouts.
