Adelaide’s chances of claiming a second big scalp in as many weeks increased significantly with news that its Round 11 clash with Richmond had been rescheduled from Melbourne to Sydney.
The Crows, who landed a long-odds move when successful against Melbourne at home last weekend, were $4.80 with TAB when the game was expected to be played at the MCG, but are $3.25 in the revised market on the game to now be played at Giants Stadium. The Tigers, who were $1.17, are now $1.32.
The Gold Coast ($1.45) versus Hawthorn ($2.70) game is the other match that has a new venue, the SCG on Saturday night, with no change to market for the game that was initially set down for Alice Springs.
A couple of teams towards the foot of the ladder have been two of the week’s biggest movers with Collingwood $4.75 into $3.60 against Geelong ($1.17 out to $1.28) and North Melbourne $4.50 into $4 against St Kilda ($1.18 out to $1.22).
