Taking on the league’s only undefeated side hasn’t stopped TAB punters embracing Adelaide, with the Crows supported at long odds in Saturday’s clash with Melbourne.

Matthew Nicks’ men started the week $5 but tightened in to $4.10 with the 9-0 Demons out to $1.22 from their Monday price of $1.16.

One TAB punter expects the Demons to account for the Crows, and the Bulldogs and Lions in the following two rounds, but succumb to Collingwood on the Queen’s birthday round, placing $1500 on the Magpies at $15 to be the first team to defeat Melbourne.

In other Round 10 matches, West Coast was $2.25 into $1.62 following news of Toby Greene’s injury, but was back out to $1.80 on Friday, while there has also been a flip in prices in the Fremantle v Sydney match with the Swans now $1.80 favourite and the Dockers out to $2.
