Jason Horne-Francis was the first player selected in tonight’s AFL National Draft and he has been installed TAB favourite to win next year’s Rising Star Award.

The Kangaroos recruit heads betting at $4 in the market that was released tonight.

Horne-Francis is favourite from Collingwood’s father-son selection, Nick Daicos ($5), with Greater Western Sydney’s Finn Callaghan and last year’s No 1 draft pick, Jamarra Ugle-Hagan, sharing the $7 third line.
