AFL Premiership and Brownlow Medal Odds and Coleman Medal Betting – 2021

Lance Franklin is in to $3.25 with TAB to kick his 1000th career goal this season after booting four goals in Sydney’s win over Greater Western Sydney last night.

Franklin entered Rd 18 $5 to get to 1000 is this year, but had his price cut after moving to 981 goals with games against Fremantle (10th), Essendon (eighth), St Kilda (11th), North Melbourne (18th) and Gold Coast (14th) to come, plus the finals series. He is $1.30 to finish short of 1000 goals this year.

Franklin’s four goals against the Giants took him to 37 goals for the season, resulting in his Coleman Medal price being trimmed from $21 into $17, but he has 15 goals to make up on Harry McKay, who is into $1.50 after four goals of his own against Collingwood.

Marcus Bontempelli firmed further – $2.60 into $2.40 – in Brownlow Medal betting after dominating against Gold Coast, although Ollie Wines ($6 into $4.50) looms large after another big game, while Melbourne’s Luke Jackson has joined Tom Green as $3.50 joint favourite in the Rising Star market.
