AFL players have urged the AFL to reconsider its decision to reduce the 2020 season to 17 rounds, pushing for a full home-and-away campaign of 22 matches per club.
Players’ Association boss Paul Marsh says both male and female players – as a collective – are prepared to continue the 2020 season as planned if given the green light.
However, Marsh admitted on Tuesday evening some players still have concerns amid the coronavirus crisis.
