The AFL’s long-awaited collective bargaining agreement with the players is tipped to be announced before the annual Hall Of Fame dinner on Tuesday.
Fox Sports has reported that the league and the players association will confirm the new six-year deal at the function in Adelaide.
The main feature of the new deal is expected to be a massive 20 per cent pay increase for players this year, but there is no confirmation yet on what might happen with free agency conditions.
