Preview:
Carlton take on St Kilda on Saturday, 7.40pm at Etihad Stadium. Despite the Blues’ heavy 41 point loss to the Magpies last round, they will be expected to win this one.
The Saints were almost as bad with a 30 point loss against the Dockers last round, with St Kilda hard to pick after a pretty sketchy season. Saying that, however, the
Saints have a great record against the Blues, with Carlton maybe still rocked from their loss last week. While both sides have had average seasons at best, this could be
a close contest if key players find form.

St Kilda name Milne to face Carlton
St Kilda have recalled forward Stephen Milne for their AFL match against Carlton at Etihad Stadium on Saturday night.
Milne has missed the Saints’ past three matches – given leave by the club after he was charged with four counts of rape.
He appeared in Melbourne Magistrates Court last week.
The veteran forward has an outstanding record against Carlton, booting 14 goals in his past five games against the Blues.
Gold Coast have named skipper Gary Ablett for their clash with Richmond in Cairns on Saturday.
Ablett missed the Suns’ match last weekend with a calf strain.
Collingwood have selected midfielder Dayne Beams for his first AFL match of the season after a long-term quadriceps injury.
Beams made an impressive return through the reserves last weekend to earn his spot to play Adelaide at the MCG on Friday night.
