Gold Coast have named AFL football operations boss Mark Evans as their new chief executive.
Evans, who served as Hawthorn’s deputy chief executive and football boss before joining the AFL in 2013, was confirmed as the new Suns chief on Tuesday.
He replaces Andrew Travis, whose departure after two seasons at the helm of the Suns was confirmed just 24 hours earlier.
