Adelaide’s dual club champion Scott Thompson is set to return to AFL action this weekend.
But Crows coach Phil Walsh doubts whether defender Brodie Smith will recover from concussion and play in Saturday’s home game against Melbourne.
Walsh says Thompson, who missed all pre-season games with a hamstring strain, is in line to return to AFL ranks after playing two state league games.
