Gold Coast skipper Gary Ablett is on track to make his AFL return on Sunday against Carlton, coach Rodney Eade says.
The Suns superstar, who has been restricted to just two games this season due to a shoulder injury, will take part in the team’s main training session on Wednesday, with a final decision on his fitness to be made later in the week, depending on how he pulls up.
“Structurally it’s fine, he’s got full range now. It’s just his confidence with it,” Eade told reporters on Wednesday.
