Were it not for the two heavyweight battles taking place at the same time, this game would be getting a lot more attention and deservedly so.

Both the Chargers and Buccaneers are seemingly playoff bound and certainly capable of causing havoc once they get into January’s tournament.

There is a case for both teams but the one for the Chargers is just stronger at the moment.

Tampa has won its last three but this is their longest road trip of the season heading all the way from the east coast to the west.

Plus, they were a long way off their best against Vegas last week, committing three turnovers and only really winning because the Raiders are just not that good.

Meanwhile, the Chargers tend to respond to defeat quite well, going 3-1 off a loss.
