Brighton’s remarkable run of both teams scoring in their matches continued for another week with their (somewhat frustrating) 1-1 draw against Southampton.

That point was enough to jump over Manchester City on the table into fourth place,

Fulham on the other hand took a point at Tottenham but found themselves falling into tenth with Brentford and Manchester United leapfrogging them at least for the time being.

Working against the visitors in this match is the fact that Brighton has not defeated Fulham since January 2017 when they were both in the Championship.

Since then, they have met four times in the league at Craven Cottage and Fulham has won three of those games.

There are some consistency concerns for both teams and it does have the makings of a match where neither team can find an edge.
