Manly and South Sydney kick off the 2024 season from Las Vegas and both teams are missing key personnel.

Manly have lost prop Tof Sipley and backrower Josh Schuster while Souths have been hit hard in the outside backs with Jack Wighton suspended and Tyrone Munro and Campbell Graham hurt. Souths have dominated this matchup with seven straight wins with four of the last five by more than 14 points. Manly also have a heinous opening round record with just one win from their last 10 Round 1 matches.

Souths were a poor betting team last year covering just nine of 24 but they look a play. The top bet in the match though is the under.
