Nathan Hauritz will make a welcome return for Queensland when they host Victoria in their opening one-day clash of the season on Sunday.
Hauritz spent the past six seasons with NSW but returned to Queensland this year and will play his first one-day match for the Bulls since 2006.
Fringe Test batsman Usman Khawaja will play his first one-day game for the Bulls after also relocating from NSW, and will be looking to build on his strong form in this week’s Sheffield Shield victory over South Australia.
Also included in the squad, which will be captained by James Hopes, are batsmen Nathan Reardon and Chris Lynn.
Reardon was Queensland’s leading run-scorer in the one-day competition last season, averaging 57.57.
Meanwhile, Aaron Finch will captain the Bushrangers in the absence of Cameron White and Andrew McDonald.
The Bushrangers will field a strong pace attack led by Test quick James Pattinson.
