Gold Coast could lose both co-captains this off-season with Steven May reportedly expected to inform the club he wants a trade.

The 26-year-old has met with two Victorian clubs – thought to be AFL finalists Hawthorn and Collingwood – despite being under contract until the end of 2019, The Courier Mail reports.

Fellow co-captain Tom Lynch is already on his way out of the Suns, tipped to join Richmond after telling the club of his plan to become a free agent.
