Three-year-old Champagne Cuddles is the outright favourite for the Stradbroke Handicap at Doomben after drawing barrier one for Brisbane’s premier sprint.

The Bjorn Baker-trained filly is at $4.60 for Saturday’s 1350m-race with last year’s winner and former equal favourite Impending at $5 after coming up with gate nine.

The Darren Weir-trained Danon Liberty, an $8 chance, is the first emergency and has drawn barrier six.

The second emergency, Impending’s Godolphin stablemate Osborne Bulls, came up with gate four and is at $9.
