Lee Westwood completed his warm-up for the US Open on Saturday with a final round 3-under 69 to win the Nordea Masters by five shots.

Third-ranked Westwood’s 19 under total of 269 at the Bro Hof Slott Golf Club sealed his 22nd European Tour victory and his third in Sweden.

He also won the Scandinavian Masters in 1996 and 2000.

Sergio Garcia (67) of Spain finished joint third another shot back along with Mikko Ilonen (68) of Finland and Peter Hanson (71) of Sweden.

Marcus Fraser carded a final-round 72 to be the best placed Australian at tied 14th, 10 shots behind Westwood.

Westwood started the final round with a three-shot lead but the gap was cut to two early when Hanson sank a 600-foot eagle putt on the first green.

Fisher and Garcia also closed to within two, but Westwood ended their hopes with a ten-foot eagle putt on the 12th.
