Canadian star Milos Raonic has breezed into the third round of the Australian Open, dispatching Luxembourg’s Gilles Muller in straight sets.
The No.3 seed smashed 21 aces and 56 winners past his 33-year-old opponent on his way to a 6-3 6-4 7-6 (7-4) win on Margaret Court Arena.
Raonic will meet 25th seed Gilles Simon in the third round after the Frenchman accounted for Brazil’s Rogerio Dutra Silva in straight sets.
