Australia’s Chris Rogers has hit his second century of the English County Championship season as Middlesex dominated at Northamptonshire.

In-form opener Rogers scored 106 and team-mate Dawid Malan blasted 92 on Monday as Middlesex ended the second day of their First Division clash on 262 for three.

The 36-year-old’s century continued a fine streak for the left-hander, who has also scored 241 not out against Yorkshire and 82 against Warwickshire.
