Rising Serbian star Filip Krajinovic will make his debut at the Kooyong Classic next week, replacing injured Jo-Wilfried Tsonga.

The Frenchman was forced to withdraw from the eight-man invitational field as well as the Australian Open with a right arm injury.

Krajinovic is ranked world No.92.

Last year, the 22-year-old qualified for the US Open and made his Davis Cup debut, winning the deciding rubber in Serbia’s playoff tie against India in September.

Japan’s world No.5 Kei Nishikori heads the field.
