Kyrgios loses match and cool in Cincinnati

Nick Kyrgios has smashed three racquets in rapid succession before being knocked out of the Cincinnati Masters in the second round.

Kyrgios lost his temper after losing the first set in a tiebreak and took it out on his racquets, before he also blew a 5-1 lead and a match point in the third-set tiebreaker as he lost 7-6 (7-2) 4-6 7-6 (8-6) to Croatia’s Borna Coric.

Earlier fellow-Australian Bernard Tomic claimed his highest-ranked scalp in seven months when he beat world No.11 David Goffin to reach the third round.
