The last time Nigeria won a World Cup match was 16 years ago when Nigeria defeated Bulgaria 1-0 in France 98. Many back home expected them to get back to winning ways in their opening match against Iran but it was not to be as the Super eagles played out a limp 0-0 draw against the Asians. Iran obviously were playing to avoid defeat, showing a lot of respect to the African Champions but Nigeria failed to capitalize. They repeated the feat of advancing in France 98 but bowed out at first huddle in 2002 and 2010. With a match against Argentina still to come, Nigeria coach Stephen Keshi will hope to gain the upper hand over Bosnia by beating them on Saturday. Bosnia, meanwhile, came away from their opening match with much credibility despite losing 2-1 to Argentina. PREDICTION
A tight match, no doubt as both teams know that a loss here will almost certainly hamper their chances of progression. Bosnia have a potent attack with Ibisevic, Lulic and Dzeko supplied with passes from AS Roma midfielder Miralem Pjanic. The Nigerians are not bad in attack either with Emanuel Emenike, Ahmed Musa and Chelsea winger Victor Moses (on loan at Liverpool last season) in the squad. The more clinical side in front of goal will carry the day.
