Brumbies superstar David Pocock is set to play in Friday night’s Super Rugby quarter-final against the Highlanders, six weeks after fracturing his eye socket.
The Wallabies flanker needs to get through one final training session on Thursday afternoon but is expected to be named in the side for the clash at GIO Stadium.
“He’s trained well the last couple of weeks and got through some contact work so we’re hopeful that will all happen,” assistant coach Dan McKellar said.
