Sydney Roosters star Mitchell Pearce will play just his third game of the NRL season against Canterbury on Thursday.
Pearce has missed the last two games due to a calf injury, following his eight game suspension earlier this season due to his Australia Day antics.
Jackson Hastings will partner Pearce in the Roosters halves at Allianz Stadium.
