Morris shaping as spark for Bulldogs

Brett Morris is shaping as the man to reignite Canterbury in their NRL finals campaign after being shifted to fullback to replace Will Hopoate.

Hopoate will sit out Sunday’s elimination final against Penrith because of his religious beliefs with Morris moved from the wing to cover the No.1 position.

Since his return from a knee injury in round 16, Morris has been the side’s strike weapon and he’ll need to spark the attack from the back for the Dogs, who enter week one of the finals on the back of three straight losses.
