Graham named Bulldogs NRL captain

James Graham has been named Canterbury’s captain for the 2015 NRL season.

The English prop was announced as the Bulldogs new skipper at their season launch on Tuesday night.

Graham led the Bulldogs in last season’s grand final loss to South Sydney in the absence of fulltime skipper Michael Ennis, who missed the decider with an ankle injury.

He also skippered England in the early stages of last year’s Four Nations when Sean O’Loughlin was sidelined with a thigh injury.

Graham succeeds Ennis as Bulldogs captain, after the veteran hooker moved to Cronulla in the off season.
