Golden Rose Stakes 2016 Final Field released

A field of 14 will has been declared for Sydney’s first Group One race of the season, the $1 million Golden Rose at Rosehill.

The Chris Waller-trained filly Omei Sword and Godolphin colt Astern head the line-up for Saturday’s 1400 metre race for three-year-olds.

Omei Sword will jump from barrier three while the equal market leader Astern has gate 12.

The Final Field has been released for the 2016 Golden Rose which is to be run at Rosehill racecourse on Sunday 10th, September 2016. View the Golden Rose Field.
