“We opened the market with Australia at $17 to beat England 5-0 but after a strong influx of money that has been crunched into $10,” CrownBet’s Rob Cumbrae-Stewart said.

Punters think that Mitchell Johnson will be the leading wicket taker for the series (at $5.50), while Steve Smith has been the top pick to be the leading run scorer (at $4.50).

In the First Test at Cardiff, punters have again heavily backed Australia to beat England.

Australia opened at $1.75 to beat England but after solid support, they have firmed into $1.33.
