Henriques to miss Aust A clash with injury

Moises Henriques has been ruled out of Australia A’s second four-day match against South Africa A with a groin strain.

The all-rounder had been hampered by minor injury troubles earlier on the tour and did not bat in the second innings of the two sides’ first match on Sunday.

He will return to NSW for rehabilitation.

In-form opening batsman Phil Hughes will replace him as captain for the final match of the series, beginning on Thursday in Townsville.

Meanwhile, Cameron Boyce and Michael Neser will also leave the squad for a Queensland Bulls pre-season camp.

Victorian fast bowler Clint McKay has been added to the touring party.
